Function atmosphereToFloatArray

atmosphereToFloatArray(atmosphere): Float32Array
Converts an Atmosphere to a tightly packed Float32Array of size ATMOSPHERE_BUFFER_SIZE.
Parameters
- atmosphere: Atmosphere
  the Atmosphere to convert.
Returns Float32Array
a Float32Array containing the Atmosphere parameters.
